So, there you have it. Super Bowl XVXIVXXIV. Janet Jackson, an over-the-hill lame talent, begging to be relevant, flips-off her customers by staging an OOPS at half-time. The next day, we’re not hearing about a decent football game, or NE’s second win in three years, great coaching, teamwork. Instead, it’s another reason why the entire Jackson family should just go away and be very quiet.

Election…

Here’s what I suspect…. Gephart took the gas pipe but not before making sure that if he went down in flames, he’d take Dean out with him. Not that Dean isn’t doing enough to hurt himself. Ted Danson and his wife Steamengine were out there today stumping for Clark. Pull-eze. Wesley’s front page presence on the Advocate was a veiled attempt at borrowing gay votes from Dean. If Clark ever had a shot, he’d bring in Hillary as veep, innoculating her for 2008. Bush is hoping that Kerry falters. Kerry/Edwards wouldn’t be too much of a longshot if Edwards can handle the crutiny of the next 10 days. If the press heats heavy on Edwards, we can assume he’s more of a threat than we figured. Judy Steinberg Dean, MD is a great person. I admire her very much. It’s a shame that the liberal women in media don’t see it that way. She’s living the life that feminists have practically boilerplated as the ideal and all they can do is challenge her for doing what she thinks is in her family’s best interest. Spash in the Pool

It was a swell time visiting with Warren Shaw and the gang on Saturday morning on WCAP. Spent many a Saturday doing that talk shift and it brought back a boat load of memories. Kinda neat that so many of the familiar callers checked in. And I still remembered their names. Like riding a bike.
